Meatballs
First we prepare the meat balls. To make them, mix the minced meat with crushed onion, cumin, black pepper, pepper and salt using hand for around 3 minutes, then make small balls of them, the size depend on everyone flavor, but in order to quickly cook it, use small balls.
Now, to cook the main course, you can either use a traditional moroccan tagine if it is available or use a fry pan instead.
The sauce
Put it under fire, we pour olive oil, crushed onion, and minced garlic and we stir everything until its color become light brown.
Next, we add the tomatoes, stir a little bit, then add the spices (salt, ground ginger, cilantro, parsley, tomato paste, cumin, black and red pepper). Mix everything and add a cup of water.
We leave the tagine for half an hour on low heat.
Serve
Finally, we add the eggs and wait until they are cooked. The meal is scooped with moroccan bread which you can find the whole recipe in this link, as a beverage, you can drink it with coke or moroccan tea.
This meal combines the rich flavors of spiced meatballs, savory tomato sauce, and creamy eggs. It's a delightful blend of textures and tastes, offering a quintessential Moroccan dining experience.
